Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala. Well, there is a small confusion between foreigners. Most people believes this small town is the capital of Guatemala. Well, that was 236 years ago, until my Guatemala City was founded. Antigua Guatemala was the third most important city in the Americas under the Spanish Colony, after Lima in Peru and Mexico City. It’s a great place to visit, full of culture, party and museums, half an hour from the city, since it is in the Guatemala City Metropolitan Area. Another place that brings memories.
Antigua Guatemala, I sure miss it…This city is one of the last memories I have from my homeland. I haven’t been back since I was 11.
